Our products
Is the book suitable for beginners?
Yes. The tricks are organised into 4 difficulty levels, easy to spot thanks to the coloured page edges: you can start with level 1 and progress at your own pace. The book is also aimed at experienced aerialists and teachers.
How many tricks does the book contain?
Over 200 tricks, each shown in photos and explained in French and English. The book also suggests combos to help you create your own sequences.
What is the book's format?
21 x 15 cm, 122 pages, with spiral binding: it lies flat, slips easily into a gym bag and includes pages for your notes.
Is the book in French or English?
Both! Each trick is named and explained in French and English, on the same page.
What size are the posters?
The posters are A3 (42 x 29.7 cm) and sold as a set of 2: one poster for levels 1 and 2, one poster for levels 3 and 4. They are also available in a bundle with the book.
Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Go to the shop, choose your item and quantity, then click “Add to basket”. You can add other items. Then confirm your basket, enter your details and the Mondial Relay pick-up point of your choice, and pay for your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is processed securely via PayPal, with your PayPal account or directly by credit or debit card.
I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Write to us at contact@anaerialhoopandco.com within 24 hours of your order: we will cancel it so you can place it again. After that, you can still exercise your right of withdrawal (see below).
Do you offer prices for studios, schools and associations?
Yes! For a bulk order (studio, school, association, company), write to us at contact@anaerialhoopandco.com stating the items and quantities you need: we will email you a quote and explain how to pay. 10% off for orders of €350 or more.
Delivery and returns
When will I receive my order?
When the products are in stock, your order is shipped within one week. It is then handed over to Mondial Relay (delivery to the pick-up point you chose, with an email from Mondial Relay as soon as your parcel is ready for collection) or to Colissimo for other destinations.
How is my order delivered?
France and part of Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria): delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point. When ordering, choose your pick-up point on the Mondial Relay map and enter it in the field provided. Free delivery on orders of €100 or more.
Other countries, United Kingdom and French overseas territories : home delivery by Colissimo, with the price calculated according to the weight of your order.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, worldwide! In Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, we deliver to Mondial Relay pick-up points (free delivery from €100). For other destinations, we ship to your home with Colissimo. The exact price is shown in your basket as soon as you enter your country.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Let us know by email at contact@anaerialhoopandco.com, then send the item back in its original condition; return costs are at your expense. We will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method. All conditions are detailed in our terms and conditions.
